Why Have Other Systems Failed?

We know that there have been many different programs that have used variations of “gifting” techniques, which promised you incredible amounts of money. But our research indicates all of them have failed. Because of these large number of failures, gifting programs are getting a bad rap. Actually, they honestly don’t deserve it.

Our number one question for us was, “WHY did they fail?” The gifting concept is SOLID. We found that the majority of operators were honest. Their programs should have worked, but still they didn’t. We knew once we could answer the “why” we could then solve the problems of this type of program.

Most of the gifting-type programs we came across were “monthly payment” types. These are programs where you pay a small fee each month of say $20 or $30. Too much busy work.

Someone eventually discovers that cash is inside all those envelopes. This usually happens when a postal employee sees an envelope that has been accidentally torn open by mail handling equipment. Mail going to that address in the future is then stolen or somehow “lost” (as the Post Office would describe it). From here on, the program is on its way down because payments are not getting to the participants. Naturally, the participant doesn’t know what’s going on; he just knows that his monthly mail volume has dropped, but he’s not sure why. The program dies.

The Postal Service gets word from another governmental agency to interrupt mail service - without notice - to whatever address the participant was using. The Postal Service complies, which causes a serious disruption and the program suffers an immediate death. It’s too late; the program can’t be salvaged. The participant is powerless to do anything about.

That begs the question? Why would any governmental agency interrupt mail service? We know more than one cash business have be indicted for mail fraud. Cash Generator is a legitimate organization. As such, we are accountable to the IRS, the Secretary of State and normal rules of commerce. However,

we are not naive when it comes to handling a cash business.

The number one weakness that causes most gifting programs is their failure to recognize that the U.S. Postal Service cannot be always be trusted to reliably deliver any mail that contains cash. Even though the vast majority of Postal employees are upright and honest in every sense, there are always a few dishonest and/or disgruntled employees who keep us on our toes!

And you know what? The sad thing about this fact is that they know it too! Even the Postal Service tells you not to send cash through their system. Greed, theft and dishonesty know no bounds.
